3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

For live or recorded courses and consulting services, refunds are possible only if the service is cancelled by NetMaxAware or in case of technical failure preventing access.

Requests for refunds must be submitted via our contact form within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

Due to the nature of services that commence immediately upon purchase or involve access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds after service delivery has started.

However, clients may request to reschedule or transfer service dates up to 48 hours before the intended session, subject to availability and approval.

3.2 Information Products

Digital information products are downloadable immediately upon purchase, therefore refunds are not available unless there is a defect or error, in which case customers should contact us within 3 days for resolution.

Defective products will be replaced or corrected to the best of our ability.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form to receive return instructions.

Refunds for returned goods will be issued after inspection, either as store credit or original payment method within 14 business days.
